New Yoga for Cancer Class in Camberley

Navigating cancer is challenging physically and emotionally. We're introducing a new “Body & Breath - Yoga for Cancer Journey” class explicitly designed to offer gentle support during and after treatment.

✨ Gently move your body, improving mobility and strength at your own pace.
✨ Reduce stress and anxiety through mindful breathing and relaxation techniques.
✨ Connect with others who understand the journey.
✨ Find a moment of peace and empowerment for yourself.

This class is suitable for all stages of treatment and recovery, with modifications offered for every ability. Led by Edyta Wilk, an experienced yoga teacher with specialized training in yoga for cancer, we focus on supporting your well-being.

Heatherside Community Centre, Camberley
