🚨JWS Run Club X MiLK & BEAN 🚨

Join us for a morning run with JWS Fitness & Wellbeing in collaboration with MiLK & BEAN! This 5K run is perfect for all fitness levels, whether you’re an experienced runner or just looking to start your day right. We’ll meet at 8:15am outside MiLK & BEAN, with the run setting off promptly at 8:30am. The route will take you through scenic local paths, bringing you right back to where you started—MiLK & BEAN.

After crossing the finish line, all participants will enjoy a well-deserved 20% discount on all drinks at MiLK & BEAN. It’s the perfect opportunity to cool down, refuel, and connect with fellow runners over a delicious coffee.

Whether you’re here to push your limits or just for the fun of it, this event is about more than just the run—it’s about community, wellbeing, and, of course, great coffee. Lace-up your running shoes, bring your friends, and let’s make it a morning to remember!
