Mantra and Movement with Annie (Yoga – All Levels)

Mantra and Movement invites you to reconnect with your inner self through breath, intention, and mindful motion. Through flexibility sequences and gentle strength building, this class will provide space to honor your body’s wisdom and move with purpose. Beginning each class with a grounding mantra to center your awareness and set a personal intention for your journey on the mat, this is a space to realign, recharge, and remember the power of presence. Sliding scale $5-$15.
