Join us each month for an uplifting community gathering at the Fire House Gallery with local artist and embodiment coach Ann Miller-French, founder of Angelik Hands, LLC.
Together, we’ll explore the many benefits of holistic wellness and creativity as part of daily self-care. Each session includes:
A guided practice that is simple, practical, and restorative
Time for open Q&A and shared reflection
Fellowship with like-hearted community members
This is a space to relax, connect, and discover new ways of supporting your mind, body, and spirit.
About Your Host:
Ann is an artist, embodiment coach, and founder of Angelik Hands, LLC. She weaves holistic wellness, creativity, and compassionate guidance into her work, helping people restore balance and reconnect with their wholeness. Ann and her husband moved to Newberry from Wisconsin three years ago. She loves painting, dancing, traveling, and spending time with loved ones.
Cost: Free event. Love donations are welcome but not required. All proceeds support the mission of the gallery.
