✨ Momma Meet-Up: Stretching for the Lord ✨

Ladies, it’s time to stretch our bodies and our faith! 💪🧘‍♀️💖

Join us on Wednesday, April 30th at 6:00 PM at Sound Awake Healing for a special Faith-Based Yoga session led by our very own Ashley Courson! This isn't just movement—it's ministry through motion. Together, we’ll breathe, stretch, pray, and press into God’s peace and presence.

🧘‍♀️ What to bring:
-Yoga mat
-Water bottle for hydration
(Don’t have a mat? No worries! Just let us know—we’ve got you covered!)

This will be a beautiful time of fellowship, prayer, and rest for the soul as we care for our sanctuaries and connect with the Lord. Come as you are, leave refreshed and realigned with God's goodness.
