Challenge your balance and build strength in this core-focused SUP Pilates class. This 60-minute session uses your paddleboard as a floating mat for a creative, low-impact full-body workout. No experience needed, just a willingness to move, breathe, and have fun on the water. Board, paddle, and anchor provided.
