New Castle Hundred Archers Club Picnic and Club Championship

Our annual members picnic will be from 11am-2pm with clean up from 2pm-3pm.

The picinic is bring your favorite covered dish (please use the google doc for what you are bringing so we do not have multiples of the same items).Bringing a dish is not required to attend the picnic but highly encouraged. Please use the google doc link (bit.ly/3IMTAjJ) so that we do not have all of one side dish. Sides can include but not limited to: salads (pasta, macaroni potato, leafy, etc) beand (baked, bean salad), dips, chips/pretzels, desserts and so forth. BBQ Chicken thighs, burgers, hot dogs and drinks will be provided by the club to members.

We ask that you select the total number of tickets needed for yourself (spouse/partner and children under 18 that are included in your membership) so that we may get a head count for order food items needed. Please get tickets by May 11th so that we can purchase necessary food items ahead of time. Tickets are not required to attend but help us to plan the amount of food to order ahead of time!

We are also asking for members that have some coolers to contact ZG5ncm9mZiB8IGdtYWlsICEgY29t so we may borrow them the night before for keeping drinks cold.

The picnic is rain or shine as we can move the picnic aspect indoors using the indoor range. The indoor range will be closed to shooting.
