Community Partnership Forum

Join us for a special partnership forum as we introduce LAPP's innovative outreach program, CO-ART—the Community Outreach and Addiction Response Team.

This program has been made possible through the generous support of the OneOhio Foundation. Its success hinges on the active involvement and collaboration of the agencies and community members it is designed to serve.

By working together, we can enhance responses to substance use cases and overdose situations, creating a safer and healthier environment for everyone in Licking County.

Coffee and breakfast will be served during the forum. We look forward to discussing how, through partnership, we can drive meaningful change and improve lives. We hope you can join us!
