Sound Bath: Relax through Sound and Vibration

A sound bath is a therapeutic experience that uses sound and vibration to promote relaxation and healing. During the session, participants lie down (see note below) in a comfortable position while listening to various instruments, such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and tuning forks. The soothing sounds create a serene atmosphere, allowing everyone to enter a relaxed, meditative state. The vibrations from the instruments help release tension, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being.

Note: Participants are encouraged to get their own yoga mats. A limited number of yoga mats will be available (first-come first served basis). You can also lie down on the carpeted floor. Bring a shawl, a light jacket or anything else helpful to make yourself comfortable.
