Currently serving as Senior Vice President of NYC Operations for the New York State Restaurant Association, she leads member and sponsorship growth and strategy, as well as advocacy efforts to support and elevate the city’s restaurant community. Gina’s career spans senior roles at industry powerhouses including Union Square events a division of Union Square Hospitality Group, Elior North America, and Compass Group, where she delivered transformative results in marketing, business development, and operational leadership. Known for her collaborative approach and deep network across national brands and nonprofits, she continues to be excited by this incredible industry and it’s continued innovation at all levels.

Dora Grossman-Weir, is a hospitality professional with a focus on wine. After spending two and a half years working on the then-start-up Parcelle (when it was only a wine retailer!), she left to work on the wine team at Momofuku Ko before returning to the Parcelle group to open Tolo, and later Sunn’s and Mitsuru as their General Manager and Wine Director. Growing up with a family that loved food, she has always been enamored with great restaurants, exploring different cultures by way of their cuisines, and the intersection of wine and history. She is still learning every day about food, wine, and culture in this city.
