At DrinkUpinNYC, all ticket sales for our boat party events are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including changes in plans, weather conditions, illness, or missed departures.

However, we allow ticket transfers to another date if the request is made at least 72 hours before the original event date. Transfers are subject to availability and can only be done once. To request a transfer, email RHJpbmtVcGluTllDIHwgZ21haWwgISBjb20= with your original ticket details (name, event date, and ticket number) and your preferred new date. We will confirm availability and process your request within 48 hours.

If DrinkUpinNYC cancels or reschedules an event, you will be notified and given the option to transfer your tickets or receive a full refund.

6. Management Rights: Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone from the event at their discretion.
