First time attending this event and we had so much fun , the staff was very helpful and friendly, the music was amazing , wished the weather would of cooperate with us but it was still an amazing experience.

Review for : Friday Night 1/27 - Latin & Reggaeton Party in L.I.C

The boat was shaking so much that drinks were spilling all over the place. When dancing due to the severe movement of the boat you were bumping into people. When you were able to dance the DJ started a good song and then changed in right in the middle. Drinks super over priced. There was a foul snell on the boat not sure if it was the bathrooms. Will never book this cruise again!

Your Service was horrible, zero customer service skills, food was horrible tasting and overpriced, plus wasn't compensated when a drunk man fell on or table breaking it, spilling our drinks and breaking some personal items that were on the table and then questioned if we broke the table after several witnesses told yall what happened then had to refer to the cameras and still wasn't compensated or asked if we're OK . I definitively will not be recommending you guys to any of my friends or family I'm so disappointed in how management failed to address this issue and yall Need to do better.

Food was terrible, wasn’t compensated for the drunk person who fell on our table breaking it, spilled all our drinks and broke a few personal items on the table.. staff was rude as hell and didn’t even check to see if we were ok, I would definitely not recommend you guys to any of my friends, y’all need to work on your customer Service skills and plus make sure details about your cruise are shown in your ads not last minute when we board the yacht because as a Puerto Rican Latino man I didn’t feel no Latin vibes on your yacht other than disappointment and failure on management.
