Depeche Mode: M- Tribeca Premiere AfterParty

Depeche Mode Fanclub New York is collaborating with Devotion Mode Mexico to bring you the 2 biggest events of the year!! 🔥

On June 5th and June 14th (June 14th's event can be found here), we'll be celebrating the highly anticipated release of Depeche Mode: M! 💀 The movie follows Depeche Mode on their Memento Mori tour to Mexico City, taking us on a profound musical journey that explores Mexican culture, mortality, and the band's timeless global influence.

The premiere of the movie, part of the Tribeca Film Festival, will be held on June 5th, followed by a conversation with the band and director Fernando Frías. After the premiere, you'll have just enough time to refresh or grab an early dinner, then join us for an exhilarating Depeche Mode Mexican-themed celebration just a short taxi ride away at DROM 🎉

As part of this Mexican Mode Celebration, we’re thrilled to welcome one of the world's biggest devotees, Karlee Gore, who organized the fan action for the Mexican concerts and was interviewed for the film. 🌹 Also interviewed for the documentary is Velvet Noir, our special guest DJ from Mexico, who will be spinning for us! Known for his sophisticated darkwave sounds, Velvet Noir is a staple of the Mexican scene, having played at iconic clubs like Aquelarre.

To complete the Latin DM Invasion, Erick Experience is flying in from Chile to deliver an electrifying DM set 🇨🇱 Erick has spun afterparties in Mexico, on the Recoil tour with Alan Wilder, and in Sacramento for Memento Mori.

Leading this stellar lineup is the one and only DJ Shunt! Half of Mode2K, he blew us away at our December party, has DJed several MSG afterparties, and even closed shows for Alan Wilder in Prague and at our New York Recoil event back in 2010 🎧

Expect Depeche Mode tracks from all decades, plus 80s/90s darkwave and new wave hits—all brought to life with immersive visuals on screen! 🖤🎶
