Leaving for college soon?
Graduated from high school and ready to get your own place?
Have you ever had a discussion about “safe partying”?
Moving away from home for the first time is a big step. It can be one of the biggest steps a young person makes. It can also be very stressful and dangerous to single young women.
Whether you are in high school and just beginning to date, or you are planning to head off to college, this class is for you. Let’s have a very frank discussion…
This can be one of the best times of your life. Being a single woman on your own for the first time poses certain dangers that can be minimized. This class is a two hour block of instruction and open discussion which will cover topics associated with dating, living on your own for the first time whether that be in a college dorm setting or your first apartment or first home, dating violence, domestic battery and sexual assault. Discussion is followed by hands on basic self defense training.
Ladies, you owe it to yourself to be aware of some of the dangers. Learn how to minimize the potential to become a victim. The information in this class will not only empower you, but it will give you more peace of mind about being “On Your Own.”
Grab a few girlfriends and come join in the discussion.
As always, chocolate is provided…. because we are worth it!
Bring a few friends. Make it a girl’s night out.
Do something for you that may save your life.
Hope to see you soon!
