New Ulm Athlete Summer Speed and Strength Program SUMMER 2025

Description: The Summer Strength and Conditioning program is an enrichment
opportunity for New Ulm athletes to train during the summer months. Our program is
a comprehensive approach to training that addresses many of the components
involved in achieving optimal athletic performance. Primary Goals:
*Reduce the likelihood and severity of injury.
*Stimulate positive physiological growth.
*Improve confidence and mental toughness.
*Improve athletic performance by improving strength, power, speed, agility,
functional range of motion, and rest & recovery.
Participation: Any students entering grades 7th-12th (2025-2026 school year)
Location: New Ulm High School (Weight Room & Facilities)
Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Dates: June 9th - July 31st (NO SESSIONS from June 30th-July 6th)
28 total sessions/dates Cost: $100 per person
Coaches: Derek Lieser & Hunter Rodriguez
Sessions Times:
• 9:30 –10:30AM (7th - 8th grade)
