✨ MOVES & BREWS at Half Wall NSB

🙋‍♀️ Who is joining me the 1st & 3rd Saturdays, each month, at 10:30am)❔❔❔

✨This is a beginner-friendly class, of Yin Yoga, which truly promotes mind-body balance. It is a nice blend of movement and mindful ways of being and thinking. We live such busy (Yang) lives, but we must remember to bring balance as well (Yin).

✨Then, reward yourself with some socializing in this fun and chill environment, while enjoying a glass of house wine or any of Half Wall's freshly brewed beers!

So, bring your 🧘‍♀️yoga mat, a bottle of water 💦, and an open mind 💭. Bring a friend too, the more the merrier.
