Kids Aerial Yoga Camps Summer 2025
Class Experience
Join Michele for an uplifting summer camp experience designed to empower children through the joy and creativity of aerial yoga! Using colorful hammocks, campers will build body awareness, coordination, confidence, and strength—all while having fun in a supportive environment.
Our playful yet purposeful practice helps children develop proprioception (an understanding of where their body is in space) and supports emotional regulation through movement, breath, and mindfulness.
Each day includes:
* Guided aerial yoga sessions
* Partner poses
* Yoga-based movement and mindfulness activities
* Hammock meditations and relaxation
* Time for a healthy, non-sugary snack and free play

Campers will be cared for by Michele Guess, ERYT500, a CPR-certified and highly experienced yoga and aerial yoga teacher.
Class Requirements
* Open to kids ages 7 and up
* No prior yoga or aerial experience required
* Campers must be able to follow group instructions, stay focused, and behave safely in the hammock
* If a child is acting unsafely or not following instructions, they may be asked to sit out for their safety and the safety of others.
Cancellation Policy
Since class size is limited, no refunds will be issued within 30 days of camp starting. Full refund minus $10 service charge available via written request more than 30 days prior to camp start date.
What To Bring
* Yoga mat
* Water bottle
* A healthy, non-sugary snack
* Wear comfortable clothing like yoga pants. Avoid zippers, buttons, or jewelry—bare skin can be uncomfortable in the hammock.
