Personal Safety/Self Defense 4 hour MiniCamp

This 4 hr. training program is designed for mature teens and adults of any age. Students completing this program will have the basic skills for personal safety and self defense.

COBRA Self Defense Trinity instructors are certified to teach the curriculum developed by C.O.B.R.A. Self Defense International that has been taught to corporations, schools, churches, institutions and individuals around the world.
