An immersive dining journey celebrating some of Taranaki’s finest producers
Join us for an unforgettable evening of flavour, craft, and connection as we take you on a culinary journey from the source to senses. This exclusive four-course dinner has been thoughtfully curated to showcase the richness of our region with each dish telling a story of land, sea, and season.
From line-caught local seafood to homegrown vegetables, ethically raised beef, and zesty orchard citrus, every bite pays tribute to the hands and whenua behind it.
We are excited to have collaborated with Egmont Seafoods, Roebuck Farm, Field to Fork and Sentry Hill Citrus for this event. Representatives from each producer will be present on the night to share their journey and connection to the Taranaki region.
Doors will open for drinks from 6:00pm – seated for dinner at 6:30pm
