TARA Self-Care : weekly in New Plymouth

A guided hands-on class for you to enliven your innate healing capacity & support your nervous system resilience using the ancient practice of Jin Shin Tara. This method has been tested by time to awaken your innate healing capacity, to bring forth your built-in resilience and equilibrium. Each week we will follow the needs of the people present, choosing applications in relation to what you are experiencing.
Attendance is by Koha - pay what you can.
Venue is The Peoples Health Alliance, based level 2 of the Kings Building, 36 Devon St West, New Plymouth.
