In this 2-hour workshop, Anamari and Bhavani will guide you step by step through the foundations of Sirsasana (headstand), offering a playful and safe approach to going upside down. Whether you’re brand new to inversions or looking to refine your technique, this workshop will meet you where you are.
You’ll explore:

🌿 Key alignment principles to protect the neck and shoulders
🌿 Wall-supported and freestanding variations
🌿 Techniques to work through fear and self-doubt
🌿 Breath, focus, and mindful transitions
