Introduction to Generative AI for Business

This workshop will introduce participants to the power of some free versions of the Artificial Intelligence (AI), Chatbots: Chat GPT 4-o, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude and Perplexity.

Including:

The background story to how these chatbots developed and how they work.
Introduction to the art of creating effective prompts (questions) to produce the best results.
Discussion around the inherent limitations, dangers and policy considerations, especially in a business context.
Practical activities of how these chatbots can be used in daily business life.
