🧘‍♂️For those interested in beginning and/or continuing their mindfulness journey 🧘‍♂️
Weekly Have the Space To:
Develop the skills to remain calm/centered when it seems life is turning to custard.
Practice insight-oriented meditation--focusing on the physical sensations of the body, come back to the present moment rather than the future anxieties
Learn how to bring the wild thoughts back to reality

It's a journey and it is one best share with the fellow man.
Every week we will slow down, practice, have an opportunity to briefly share what was experienced, and have time for self.
This group meets every Wednesday starting 30th April (for the school term).
