Community chair yoga

Chair yoga is a wonderful way to either start or resume your yoga practice and is perfect for all body types! We stretch, bend, and rotate our bodies in line with slow deep breaths all from the comfort and support of a chair. Modifications are offered, making it accessible for all. Beginning and ending each 45 min session with breathwork and meditation leaves you feeling refreshed and restored.
This is a weekly event.
