Born in Indiana, but raised in St Charles Parish, Louisiana, Hailey spent a lot of her youth acting, singing and dancing.
With inspiration from artists like Aaliyah, TLC and Ciara, her style evolved throughout her dance journey with a passion for self expression. Along with being a competitive cheerleader, she competed with Barbizon at the International Modeling and Talent Agency Competition and won awards for dance/choreography in solo and duo divisions as well as singing, landing her a talent agent in LA.
She was a passionate Zumba instructor for 6 years, which allowed her to continue creating choreography and use dance to help her students achieve goals around confidence and fitness. She has participated in Mardi Gras dance krewes, taking her enthusiasm of dance to the streets of New Orleans for Mardi Gras and other local events.
She was a member of The Jamettes Company, most recently performing at an event for Superbowl LIX.
Hailey is currently showing off her lifetime of skill-building as the Creative Producer for The Fenomenons. She feels that this opportunity is the culmination of her life’s work and cannot wait to use her experiences to share the stories that deserve to be told.
