Using a blend of energy clearing tools- organic oils (optional), breath work, supported asana at wall, restorative yoga, hypnotic savasana, we'll align our specific goals or intentions. Supported & infused with the New Moon energy for opportunities, setting us up for growth and fresh starts!

We'll practice standing poses at wall, including Mountain, L-shape, Down Dog, Tree, seated leg extensions, spinal twists, forward folds, back bends.

Poses will all be supported in some way to assist in your connection or your reconstruction to self.

Release, Repair and Restore and begin today anew.

Give your self permission to release, to let go of what is not working for you in this moment. Getting intentional with yourself and your practice.
