Woofs & Wellness Puppy Yoga!

We are always excited to team up with Paws for the Cause Rescue to bring you this loveable night out! Begin the month with your two favorite things-puppy kisses and yoga! Please join us for a light hearted session of puppy play, snuggles and mat yoga! What could be better for your mind, body, and soul?!

Beginner and advanced practitioners welcome!

All puppies will be available for adoption and onsite applications will be available if interested!

**Children must be accompanied by a participating adult
**suggested for ages 7+
**Please bring a Yoga Mat or you can rent one at the studio for $2
