Spin and Sweat: All Level All Fun Hula Hoop Class
Join us every Monday at 5pm for 45 minutes of pure joy and movement! This energizing hula hoop class welcomes everyone, whether you're picking up a hoop for the first time or you're already spinning like a pro.
We start with a gentle warm-up to get your body moving and grooving, then dive into basic hoop techniques like waist hooping, hand spins, and simple transitions. As the class progresses, you'll learn fun combinations that flow together, creating your own unique dance with the hoop. More experienced hoopers can challenge themselves with advanced moves like chest hooping, leg hooping, and dynamic passes.
The atmosphere is supportive and playful - there's no judgment here, just encouragement and lots of laughter. You'll work up a satisfying sweat while improving your coordination, core strength, and rhythm. The music keeps energy high, and you'll be amazed at how quickly 45 minutes flies by when you're having this much fun.
All equipment is provided, so just bring yourself, a water bottle, and comfortable clothes you can move in.
