Little Level Ups Program Starts!

Our Little Level-Ups Youth Fitness Program is a fun and active experience designed for children under 6 and their parents or caregivers.
Led by Coach Katie, a certified youth fitness instructor, this program blends play-based movement with bonding time, helping both kids and adults build healthy habits together.
Each class is filled with interactive games, simple exercises, and creative activities that support early physical development—like balance, coordination, and motor skills—while encouraging laughter, connection, and teamwork between parent and child.

We focus on making movement a positive and joyful part of daily life, helping kids associate fitness with fun and self-confidence from an early age. Parents will also learn ways to support their child’s physical and emotional development through active play.

This isn’t just about exercise—it’s about creating shared memories, setting healthy foundations, and showing children that being active is something the whole family can enjoy.

This event date is the KICKOFF, please arrive 15 minutes early for the first class.
