Join us Tuesday evenings at 6:45 PM for a dynamic intermediate yoga series designed to build strength, deepen focus, and refine alignment. Each class designed to help you stack your posture with precision, move with intention, and cultivate greater balance—on and off the mat.

The practice will be followed by a short, grounding meditation to help integrate the work and settle the mind.

Led by Vidhya — offering guidance rooted in presence and mindful progression.

This series is ideal for those ready to explore beyond the basics and develop a stronger, more connected practice.
