Labor Prep Class with Roots to Roses

This class is perfect for first-time parents or anyone preparing to welcome a new baby who could use a refresher. Led by a certified doula from Roots to Roses, this informative and hands-on session covers what to expect during labor, comfort measures, and how to feel more confident and supported throughout the birthing process.

Class includes:
✔️ Admission for one birthing person and a support person
✔️ Expert guidance in a relaxed, welcoming setting
