Program Overview
This dual-certification pathway combines foundational Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) with our signature Well-SEL SBI Facilitator Certification.
Designed for educators, health
practitioners, wellness professionals, and community leaders, this program equips participants with both the technical skills to lead psychologically safe yoga practices, and the relational intelligence to hold space in community, clinical, or institutional settings.

Certification Tracks
Participants choose from 3 levels of YTT mentorship:
- Registered Yoga Teacher Certification (200-Hour equivalent)
- Registered Advanced Yoga Teacher Certification (300-Hour equivalent)
- Mat Pilates Certificate
- Personalized mentorship only (for those enrolled in or graduated from other YTT programs)
Schedule & Format:
- Fall 2025 12-week: September 2 – November 22
- Live weekly sessions (online or in-person) + private online platform
- Weekend working retreat & community engagement events
