Flow in The Know: A Community Workshop on Menstrual Health and Mental Wellness

Join us for the Flow in The Know Workshop, a powerful community conversation on menstrual health, mental wellness, and breaking generational and cultural barriers.

This space is for women, girls, and anyone who experiences a monthly menstrual cycle. We warmly invite fathers, brothers, and significant others to support the menstruators in your life.

We want to help shift the narrative surrounding periods—together.

Facilitated by clinical & counseling psychologist Dr. Crystal Molyneaux, this workshop will equip you with tools to better understand the connections between mental health, hormones, and menstrual wellness.
