using myofascial release tools such as lacrosse balls, self massage and even yoga blocks! The release portion of class will be followed with a fascia focused (connective tissue) yoga flow, moving you into all different planes of motion to help your tissues slide and glide freely, as they were designed to. Class will end with a long and sweet meditative shavasana, leaving you feeling recovered, refreshed and more intouch with your being!

In 2020, I journeyed to Marfa & experienced my kundalini awakening. Fully integrating into my physical & emotional bodies allowed me to connect the final dots in how I wanted to facilitate my body healing practice down to the smallest detail: music, guided breathing, and combining compression with decompression modalities. This spilled over into my yoga practice, helping me slow down, listening to more mindful music, matching my breath to every movement, feeling every adjustment as my body realigns and making my yoga practice a spiritual experience every time I get on my mat. After having my son in 2022, came post partum depression.
I choose to sit with it, & learn along with it. After teacher training in 2023 I decided had to share how mind body practices saved me.
