The daily struggles that life presents are opportunities to cultivate spiritual grace. Graceful living brings a realization that everything that comes into your life is for the good.

Explore the underlying spiritual truths and lessons from our daily lives and beyond in a welcoming space.

Join us in an engaging discussion led by an ECK Spiritual Aide, a specially trained member of the ECK clergy. You may share your spiritual experiences, insights, and questions on the spiritual topic of the day, or listen quietly.

The discussion is from 11:00 a.m. to noon.
