Join us for this FREE community event at The Village to honor the may flower moon with an intentional practice guided by lizzie newland

The May Flower Full Moon is the perfect time for a rejuvenating yoga practice, aligning with nature’s energy of renewal and growth. Flow under its light to release, recharge, and set powerful intentions.

This magical Full Moon gathering is a WARM 60 minute practice that infuses a flowing yoga sequence with breath-work, meditation, optional journaling, and sound healing to help us align with the energy of this Full Moon! Bring your mat, a journal and something to write with, and your favorite crystals!

This event is WARM and DOES NOT have Child Watch in Lil’ Village. PLEASE register for class ahead of time. If you can not attend please update the registration online as we are expecting a wait list again ;-)
