Review AYURVEDA, the ancient holistic science of health, and how it guides us towards a nourishing Yogic
diet.

Learn techniques for deep relaxation and mindfulness beyond the final SAVASANA.
✨ January 10— PROPER EXERCISE:
Explore the foundation of Hatha Yoga through classic ASANAS (yoga postures).
