Empowered Postnatal Yoga Workshop

Join us at Pappus Pelvic Health and Wellness for a 4-week series involving postnatal yoga taught by Sara Noyes and a licensed pelvic health professional! Here we will educate you on the pelvic floor about optimal function after childbirth and recovery while working through movement and breath work to support strength, mobility, and comfort. Also experience connections with other expecting parents because pregnancy is always better together.

This series will involve 4 sessions, 90 minutes long from 11:00 AM-12:30 PM. The dates include February 7, February 14, February 21, and February 28. The cost for this course is $180 for all 4 sessions.
