Sunday Circle: Power Animals & the Four Directions
This Sunday, we’ll gather to explore the wisdom of Power Animals — spirit allies who offer guidance, strength, and support, especially in times of transition and challenge.
Bring a drum, rattle, or any sound-making tool, and come with a sense of curiosity. Reflect on the animals that have shown up in your life — whether from childhood dreams, repeated symbols, or recent experiences. These may be your Power Animals, and they often shift with our seasons of growth.
Together, we’ll connect each animal to one of the four directions (North, South, East, West) and the elements (Earth, Water, Fire, Air). While this might sound layered, it offers a rich framework to draw strength and perspective — especially in the face of collective and personal grief or uncertainty.
We’ll move through drumming, meditation, and shared reflection. You don’t need any prior experience — just an open heart and a willingness to connect.
💞 Community Lunch to Follow
After the service, you’re warmly invited to stay for lunch and fellowship upstairs. It’s a wonderful chance to meet others and share reflections. Feel free to bring a dish if desire!
