Summer Rejuvenation Flow – Outdoor Yoga Series

Start your summer mornings with intention and movement.

Summer Rejuvenation Flow is a gentle yet energizing yoga class designed to awaken your body and mind. With a focus on mobility, hips, shoulders, and strength-building, this beginner-friendly flow offers plenty of options for those more experienced as well.

Enjoy practicing outdoors at the beautiful of Hinson Amphitheater—sunshine and fresh air included.

What To Wear/Bring With You:
• Clothing that is comfortable for movement
• Yoga mat (and any other props you would like)
• Recommended: Bring a water bottle

Instructor: Marie Stanford
Marie is a 200 RYT with over 15 years of yoga experience and has been teaching since 2016. She brings a well-rounded approach to every class, incorporating flow, strength, breathwork, and mindfulness.

$98 for the full 7-week series
