Health Rhythms Group Empowerment Drumming

Led by a licensed professional counselor and trained health rhythms facilitator, Amanda Smith, LPCC. Health Rhythms is a group drumming program designed specifically to help reduce stress, improve mood, boost communication, and a fun way to meet new people! No Prior experience required. Instruments are provided. This event location is at a community park so attendees will need to bring a lawn chair. Registration fee is $25 per event or register for 2 events for $12. Payments will be completed through collected at the event. Group is limited to 12 attendees!
