Amuse Bouche: 🦐Chupe de Camarones - A velvety shot of Peruvian shrimp bisque / ají amarillo / queso fresco / cilantro oil

First Course: 🥩Empanada de Res – Argentina Flaky, hand-folded pastry filled with slow-cooked spiced beef, green olives, and onion. Served warm with smoked red pepper coulis and bright chimichurri verde.

Second Course: 🐖 Pork filet / Huancaína / Chimichurri verde / potato and queso timbale/ micros

Third Course: 🥩Lomo Saltado – beef tenderloin / red onion, Roma tomatoes / ají amarillo Served with crispy papas and jasmine rice.

Fourth Course: 🍰Lucuma tres leches/ Dulce de leche/ alfajor crumble
