Dance Fitness in the Park with Heather

I’m excited to announce that Dance Fitness with Heather has partnered with Floyd County Parks department this summer for a free Dance Fitness with Heather featuring UJAM SUMMER SERIES at Sam Pedan Community Park!!

Each session will last an hour. Any dance background or age welcomed. This classes are completely free!! We will be at shelter house number 1 (first shelter on the left when you pull in). If you need to sit, we got you! Choreography can be done from standing or seated on the picnic tables!! The playground is right next to us so bring those kiddos and let them play while you are burning some calories! Bring some water and a towel if you want to wipe the sweat off your body!
We will meet one time every month at 7pm.
