Come and enjoy an evening of yoga with the lovely Heidi Kristoffer and your fellow Esplanade Friends. The event will take place at the beautiful Andrew Haswell Green Park, overlooking the scenic East River.

About Heidi:

A true believer in the powers of Yogic Healing, she wants to share them with the world, and aims to in the therapeutic section of CrossFlow Yoga.
