Schedule:
June 13th, 2024
- 8 AM: registration at the course
- 9 AM: shotgun start (foursome best ball scramble)
- Dinner and awards will be held at the Beaver Valley Golf Club at the conclusion of golf.
Cost:
- $500 per foursome. It is preferred that a captain registers their foursome. Includes green fees, cart, lunch at the turn, and dinner after.
- $80 Mulligan/Red Tee (optional team add-on) $80 per team, $20 per individual. This optional team add-on allows each participating member of your team a mulligan on any shot and one tee shot from any red tee box on the course.
- $30 for dinner only if attending dinner.
Sponsorship Opportunities:
- $100 1st Down Sponsor - One tee box sign (a sign with your business or name will be placed at one tee box).
- $500 2nd Down Sponsor - Three tee box signs & two golf carts (a sign with your business or name will be placed at three tee boxes and on two golf carts).
- $1,000 3rd Down Sponsor - 3' x 4' advertisement banner with your business or name displayed at dinner pavilion. Your business or name recognized at dinner. You will also receive social media recognition.
- $2,000 Touchdown Sponsor - Includes everything in 3rd down package. One foursome. Business banner displayed at Lenzner field for the 2024 season. Full-size ad in 2024 football media guide. Personalized plaque for your business. Two tickets to all regular season home games.
Prizes:
- Longest drive, closest to the pin, and hole in one prizes will be awarded.
- 50/50 raffle prize and many gift basket auctions will be available (please bring cash).
- Each golfer will receive an Avonworth Football souvenir gift.
