Nettle Herbal Tea Meditation at Wild Heart Herb House

This guided meditation will offer a deep state of relaxation as we awaken the senses and connect with the beautiful plant ally Nettle.

Following the meditation we will have a chance to journal and share about our experience as well as discuss the medicinal properties of this sacred plant.

This event will be held inside and will begin with a tea offering. It is recommended that you bring a yoga mat/cushion/pillow to allow you to sit comfortably, water, journal & pen, and anything that will support you in creating a super cozy space for yourself.

No prior meditation practice experience is necessary :)

ABOUT WILD HEART HERB HOUSE

Wild Heart Herb House is a small woman/non-binary + queer owned herbal apothecary and community gathering space on sovereign Wampanoag land in New Bedford, MA.

Offering bulk dried herbs, ready made herbal remedies, and herbal medicine making supplies along with other self care + witchy items. The space hosts a wide vareity of classes, workshops, gatherings, and events.

Amelia is a folk herbalist, meditation practitioner, and holistic nutritionist with a passion for bringing wild nourishment to the community through community gatherings and botanical products.

As a graduate of the School of the Sacred Wild with Marysia Miernowska, Amelia draws from the teachings of Tantra and the Wise Woman Tradition of Healing to support others in remembering themselves back into wholeness through nourishing practices and rituals that blend both the science and spirit of plants.
