Daylong Retreat - Returning to Wholeness: Bowing, Breathing, and Belonging in Uncertain Times

In these times of uncertainty, collective grief, and deep overwhelm, many of us are discovering that sitting silently in meditation alone may not be enough. Fortunately, the Buddhist tradition offers a wide field of supportive practices—ways to reconnect with the body, soften the heart, and remember our belonging.

In this daylong retreat, Dawn Mauricio & Adam Stonebraker will guide you through a range of grounding and nourishing practices beyond formal meditation. Together we’ll explore somatic awareness, breath practices, chanting, and embodiment —all held within a container of Dharma reflections, community, and silence.

These accessible and heartful ways of practice serve as pathways to steadiness, connection, and refuge. Through shared presence and embodied wisdom, we remember: we don’t have to carry it all alone.

Open to all levels of experience. All practices are invitational and offered with care.
