自分の身体に在る、という感覚を基に、他者と共に在る、という事の可能性を再発見するためのラボ。
内側から意識を向けることで心と身体に何が起こっているのか。
次第に周りの空間や他の人の存在へと意識を広げていきます。
心をリセットし解放する事で、体が主体的に動けるように導きます。
☆やってみる事
身体の構造、皮膚や骨、筋膜などがどんな風に身体を構築しているのか? 自分と他の人を比べてみる
床に横たわる自分の身体
壁によりかかった自分の身体
人と人との距離をはかる
距離と温度を感じる
触れてみる
誰かと一緒に動いてみる
といったような事を
参加者それぞれの視点を交えながら、探求してみようと思います。
初心者の方々が安心して参加できるように、常に選択肢を残しながら進めていきたいと思います。
コンタクトインプロぜーションは、そこに居る誰かとの出逢いから発生する現象ですから、自分にピンと来ないことを無理にやる必要がありません。
むしろ、
なぜこの状態、条件に抵抗を感じるのか?
エクササイズがしっくりしないので自分なりに応用してみたらこんな面白い展開があった、など、
自問自答しながらやってみるのが即興の面白い所以と思います。

*会話は部屋の外で行ってください。 ダンスの為の時間を尊重し、お互いの存在や空間に耳を傾けながら踊ります。
他の方への配慮があれば、室内での練習やボディワークは歓迎します。

*Please bring clean clothes with soft fabric. Be aware that some people are extremely sensitive with scent of deodorant and detergent.
*Please bring your conversation to the out side of the room.
We are open and alert of everything in the room while we practice contact improvisation.
*Practicing movement together and bodywork is welcome in the room with awareness of presence of others. Whispering, few words, laughter, sighs and humming are all ｗｅｌｏｃｍｅ.
