Intro to Barre Technique Workshop Description
This Intro to Barre Technique Workshop is very beginner-friendly and adaptable to different
skill sets and ability levels. Barre technique is a low-impact, high-intensity total body workout,
inspired by combination of Yoga, Pilates and Ballet. Barre exercises use body weight or light
resistance with high repetitions. It incorporates small, isometric movements to target specific
muscle groups for strengthening and toning them.
Applying the Barre technique into our exercises may bring great benefits like:
Improving Posture, Strengthening Core and Pelvic Floor, Decreasing Risk of Injury, Improving
Bone Density, Improving Balance, Easy on Joints, Supporting Mind-Body Connection and Total
Body Strength Workout.
No previous experience is needed.
Weights are provided by the studio.
You need:
Comfortable yoga clothing, yoga mat, grippy socks, resistance band, water bottle to stay
hydrated.
