Details:

Dr. Abrams of Essential Spine & Wellness will be leading a dynamic stretch and a 2 mile run.

SETS of Neptune City will be leading a challenging and full body workout

Metta Yoga for a sound bath meditation and slow grounding flow to cool down.

Recovery station will be provided by 94 Wellness and Nitro Nutrition where you can rehydrate, use compression boots, etc.

Coronato's Clean Cuisine will be providing nutritious and freshly prepared meals at the end of the event where we'll dine family style
